Kara was very resourceful and helped us all along the way. First it was a comprehensive house search which lasted from October into January.She pointed out houses for sale in areas we could afford and would want to live in. She reviewed and shared feedback with us as to the desirability of each candidate. When we found the house we wanted, she coached us as to negotiating with the seller. She kept on feeding us alternatives while the process continued just in case it fell through. She was very helpful in negotiating a purchase and in providing vendors for a comprehensive house inspection so we wouldn't get blindsided. She also provided lists of contractors who would be available to make repairs as needed. She was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process, and responded to our many texts, requests, and questions. She always acted in a professional manner. She answered our questions and inquiries even after the sale closed which we found admirable. She is a good caring human being and somebody a buyer/seller can rely on.
