5 STARS for Kara. We had the pleasure of working with her 2 years ago with the purchase of our first home. We decided at the end of 2021 that even though we loved our house it was time to upgrade to something a little bigger. We immediately called Kara and she got to work right away! We needed the proceeds of the sale to buy a new home and Kara explained to us all our options and we proceeded with listing our home. We were able to sell our house for 45k over ask and even got the buyers to take over our solar loan! Then we had to find a new house. Kara was very resourceful and helped us all along the way. First it was a comprehensive house search which lasted from October into January.She pointed out houses for sale in areas we could afford and would want to live in. She reviewed and shared feedback with us as to the desirability of each candidate. When we found the house we wanted, she coached us as to negotiating with the seller. She kept on feeding us alternatives while the process continued just in case it fell through. She was very helpful in negotiating a purchase and in providing vendors for a comprehensive house inspection so we wouldn't get blindsided. She also provided lists of contractors who would be available to make repairs as needed. She was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process, and responded to our many texts, requests, and questions. She always acted in a professional manner. She answered our questions and inquiries even after the sale closed which we found admirable. She is a good caring human being and somebody a buyer/seller can rely on.

All I truly believe that this woman is a true teasure in Real Estate. She had made me feel like family, before even considering her as my realtor, she was in the trenches showing me house after house until I could not take it anymore and had to have on my team permantly. Other realtor just was providing lip service, calling me and texting, wanting me to sign a contrat with them before even showing me a place. That is not the personal touch Kara provided.
